What we have done: descriptive text for images, titled video players, color contrast that meets WCAG AA, a skip-to-content link, and a layout that works on phones and with screen magnification.
Known limitations: some third-party tools we use, such as the booking questionnaire, embedded videos and the patient portal, are provided by outside vendors and may not fully meet these standards. We work with those vendors to improve them.
