Most women are only getting half the care they need.

Here's what's actually missing.

Most doctors prescribe one estrogen and call it done. But when estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone all decline, which they do in perimenopause and menopause, your body loses support in every direction. That's why you feel it everywhere: sleep, mood, memory, energy, joints, libido, weight. There are over 150 possible symptoms of hormonal decline. Treating just one hormone addresses almost none of them.

I restore the full picture: two types of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, because each one has a specific job your body depends on. Estriol and estradiol work on different receptors and together provide stronger protection for your breast tissue, bones, brain, and heart than estradiol alone ever could.

My goal is simple: replenish your hormones to the levels that help you feel like yourself again, not just to what’s considered “normal.”

What changes when your hormones are actually balanced

This isn't just about feeling better today. Balanced hormones protect you for decades to come.

Heart palpitations, night sweats, mood swings, and brain fog resolve often within weeks. Your brain, bones, heart, and muscles get the long-term protection they need. You stop declining and start thriving through midlife and well beyond.

Is it right for you?

Every woman's hormones are different, and my approach works well for most women, including:

Surgical Menopause If you've had your ovaries removed, estrogen and testosterone drop quickly. Immediate, thorough hormone support is essential.

Severe Cognitive Symptoms Struggling with memory, focus, or clarity? Higher-dose estrogen may be appropriate for you.

Other Special Cases Early menopause, extreme perimenopausal symptoms, or postpartum changes often call for highly individualized strategies.

Women in Menopause for 10 or More Years It is never too late to start. Hormone therapy can still offer meaningful benefits even if you have been in menopause for a decade or longer. That said, women in this category often have other health considerations that need to be factored in. This is a longer conversation best had during a consultation, where we can look at your full health history together.

Women with a History of Breast Cancer If you've been treated for breast cancer, hormone therapy may still be an option for you. Research shows that women with a history of breast cancer who go on hormone replacement therapy have a lower rate of recurrence, and if cancer does return, it tends to be less aggressive in nature. What you actually get with this approach:

Pure, Organic Formulations

100% Organic, Nothing Extra. Your hormones are compounded in pure organic oil with no fillers, no dyes, and no synthetic preservatives. What goes in your body is exactly what should be there, and nothing else.

Symptom-Driven Dosing

Dose on how you feel, not just what your labs say. Lab numbers are just lab numbers, not the whole story. Your protocol is built around your actual symptoms, and adjust it to how your body responds. Every treatment supports your brain, bones, heart, muscles, and metabolism, not just your hot flashes.

No Insurance Limitations

Because I don't take insurance, your protocol is never watered down or fit a billing code. You get the full multi-hormone approach, the one research shows is more effective and safer for long-term health.

Why I Call It “Replenishment” Instead of “Replacement”

Hormone levels decline in menopause, but they don’t disappear. “Replacement” implies something’s missing, while “replenishment” means restoring what your body truly needs to function at its best. This approach boosts longevity, cognitive health, bone strength, and overall wellbeing, without pushing levels too high or taking unnecessary risks.

Most patients feel a difference within weeks

If your labs are always "normal" but you still feel off, or if your current hormone therapy isn't working, you're not alone. Most women who come to me have been searching for the right care for years. 80% of my patients notice real improvement within 2 to 6 weeks. Sleep and mood often shift first. By 6 to 8 weeks, most women say they feel like themselves again for the first time in years.

Why this practice doesn't take insurance and why that's better for you?

When insurance controls your care, they limit your time per visit, dictate which hormones you can receive, restrict how often your protocol can be adjusted, and block access to compounded organic formulations.

When you work directly with me, you get extended consultation time, a full multi-hormone protocol including estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and DHEA, unlimited adjustments as your needs change, 100% organic additive-free compounded hormones, and direct access to me between visits.

This is the care insurance-based practices simply cannot offer, not because they don't want to, but because the system won't allow them.
